A funder has picked your project. You’ll get an email, and the offer appears in your project’s Funding offers tab. You have 14 days to accept or decline it.
Find your offer
Click the link in the email to go straight to the offer. Or:
- Click Projects in the left-hand menu.
- Find the project. Its status shows Funding offered.
- Click Manage.
- Open the Funding offers tab.
Each offer shows the fund, the Grant amount offered, and two buttons: Accept and Decline.
Check the details. The offer is always for the grant size on your project.
Offers from more than one fund? A project can hold offers from several funds at once, and they all show in the Funding offers tab. You can only accept one. When you accept an offer, any other offers for that project are withdrawn and the money goes back to those funds.
From offer to payment

| 3. You get paid | A grant paid through Stripe reaches your organisation’s bank account within 7 days of passing due diligence. Other payment types have different timings. How long will it take to get paid? |

Before you accept
- Complete your due diligence information. If your profile is missing anything, you can’t accept the offer until you add it.
- Check your plans still work. If you want to change any part of your project before accepting, email hello@actionfunder.org first.
- Don’t let it expire. Offers expire after 14 days. If you think you’ll take longer, contact our team before the 14 days are up. Why funding offers expire
Not the right fit after all? You can decline. It won’t affect your chances with other funds. Declining a funding offer
