These are the questions in the standard impact survey you complete when your project is finished. Read them now, so you can collect the right information while you deliver. It makes the survey much quicker to fill in at the end.

Prepare as you go
- Count as you deliver. Keep a simple tally of people reached and outputs, such as sessions run or trees planted, for questions 4 and 7.
- Collect quotes. Ask participants, volunteers or your team what difference the project made, for question 12.
- Track volunteers. Note how many people volunteered and, if your funder’s staff took part, roughly how many hours they gave.
