Pick the format that shows your project at its best or with which ever you are comforable with. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is a written pitch?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A written pitch tells funders about your project in your own words. It covers what you&#8217;re going to do, who it&#8217;s for and the difference it will make.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A written pitch could suit you if:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You&#8217;re comfortable explaining your work in writing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You&#8217;d like time to draft, edit and refine your answers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You don&#8217;t have the time or equipment to film a video<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is a video pitch?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A video pitch lets you tell funders about your project on camera. It&#8217;s a chance for funders to see and hear from the people behind the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A video pitch could suit you if:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You find it easier to talk about your work than to write about it<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You&#8217;d like funders to see your team, your space or the people you work with<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You want to bring some personality and energy to your application<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You don&#8217;t need professional equipment. A video filmed on a phone is absolutely fine, as long as funders can clearly see and hear you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Some parts of your project are always written<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Even if you choose a video pitch, some sections of your project will still need to be completed in writing.
