Ask one of your organisation’s admins to invite you from Settings<\/strong> > Team<\/strong>. If you don’t know who the admin is, or they’ve left, contact us and we’ll get the right person access. Don’t create a second account for the same organisation: it splits your projects and can slow down payments.<\/p>\n

If you know who the admin is<\/h2>\n

Ask them to invite you. It takes them a minute. Adding team members<\/a><\/p>\n

  1. They click their organisation’s logo at the bottom of the left-hand menu, then Settings<\/strong> > Team<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. They click Invite to team<\/strong> and enter your name and email address.<\/li>\n
  3. You get an email invitation. Click the link in it to set up your login.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Invite links last 14 days.<\/strong> If yours has expired, you’ll see This invite has expired<\/strong>. Ask whoever invited you to click Resend<\/strong> on the Pending invites<\/strong> tab. The new email has a fresh link, and the old one stops working.<\/p>\n

    No email? Check your junk or spam folder, and add hello@actionfunder.org to your safe senders.<\/p>\n

    If you saw “An organisation with a similar name is already signed up”<\/h2>\n

    When you sign up, ActionFunder checks for organisations with a similar name and lists them with their city.<\/p>\n
