This changes your project&#8217;s status to <strong>Complete<\/strong> and sends you your impact survey, the last of your grant requirements.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Before you mark it complete<\/h2>\n<p>Check that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>you&#8217;ve delivered what you set out to do, and spent the grant as planned<\/li>\n<li>you&#8217;ve posted at least two updates (your <strong>Your actions<\/strong> panel shows how many)<\/li>\n<li>you&#8217;ve gathered what the survey asks for, such as how many people took part, photos and a quote or two<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Your due date appears under <strong>Deliver your project on time<\/strong> in the <strong>Your actions<\/strong> panel. It&#8217;s based on the delivery timeframe you set when you created the project. Mark your project as complete by then. <a href=\"https:\/\/help.actionfunder.org\/non-profits\/help\/setting-your-delivery-timeframe\/\">Setting your delivery timeframe<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Didn&#8217;t deliver everything you planned? The survey asks whether you met your goal and why, so you can explain there. If you&#8217;re not sure your project is ready to mark complete, talk to us first. <a href=\"https:\/\/help.actionfunder.org\/non-profits\/help\/having-trouble-delivering-your-project\/\">Having trouble delivering your project<\/a><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to mark your project as complete<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to your dashboard and click <strong>Manage<\/strong> on your funded project.<\/li>\n<li>In the <strong>Your actions<\/strong> panel, under <strong>Deliver your project on time<\/strong>, click <strong>Mark as complete<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>In the <strong>Confirm your project is complete<\/strong> window, click <strong>Mark project as complete<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>You can also do this from your dashboard: click <strong>Complete<\/strong> on the project, then <strong>Complete, send the survey<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Only people with permission to manage the project can mark it complete, such as admins and the project&#8217;s editors. <a href=\"https:\/\/help.actionfunder.org\/non-profits\/help\/user-roles-permissions-for-non-profits\/\">User roles and permissions<\/a><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Marked it complete by mistake?<\/h2>\n<p>You can&#8217;t undo this yourself. Contact our team straight away: we can move your project back to <strong>Funded<\/strong>, as long as you haven&#8217;t submitted your impact survey yet.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What happens next<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Your project&#8217;s status changes to <strong>Complete<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>We email you your impact survey.
