Your dashboard is the first thing you see when you sign in. It shows your profile, the funds you’re eligible for, your projects and your volunteering, all in one place.<\/p>\n

Your profile<\/h2>\n

The profile card shows your profile completion<\/strong> percentage. Click Complete profile<\/strong> to see what’s missing, or Edit profile<\/strong> to make changes. The more complete your profile, the better your matches. Setting up your organisation profile<\/a><\/p>\n

Eligible funding opportunities<\/h2>\n

Live funds that match your profile appear here. Each one has a label:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
Label<\/th>\nWhat it means<\/th>\n<\/tr>\n<\/thead>\n
Open<\/strong><\/td>\nThe fund is live. If your project meets its criteria, it’ll be submitted automatically.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Active apply<\/strong><\/td>\nThe fund is live, but projects aren’t submitted automatically. Visit the fund page and click Apply now<\/strong>.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Applied<\/strong><\/td>\nYou’ve got a project submitted to this fund.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Closed<\/strong><\/td>\nThe fund is no longer accepting projects.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

You’ll also see the date each fund closes. To browse everything that’s live, click Explore all funds<\/strong>, or click Funding<\/strong> in the left-hand menu.<\/p>\n

No funds showing? Complete your profile first. If it’s already complete, there may not be a matching fund live right now. New funds launch regularly and we’ll email you when one matches. Types of funds: Classic, Active Apply and Private<\/a><\/p>\n

My project applications<\/h2>\n

This is where you create and manage your projects. Each project shows a status:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
Status<\/th>\nWhat it means<\/th>\n<\/tr>\n<\/thead>\n
Draft<\/strong><\/td>\nYou’ve started the project but haven’t published it, or it was moved back to draft after 12 months without an update. Drafts aren’t submitted to any funds. Why has my project been moved back to draft?<\/a><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Live<\/strong><\/td>\nPublished and being matched with funds. You’ll see how many funds it’s been submitted to.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Funding offered<\/strong><\/td>\nA funder wants to fund your project. Review and respond within 14 days, or the offer expires.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Funding accepted<\/strong><\/td>\nYou’ve accepted the offer. Complete any outstanding due diligence so we can pay you.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Funded<\/strong><\/td>\nThe money has been paid. Post updates as you deliver.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Complete<\/strong><\/td>\nYou’ve finished the project. You’ll be sent an impact survey to share what you achieved.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Funded projects show how many updates you’ve posted, for example Post updates 1\/2<\/strong>. Posting a project update<\/a><\/p>\n

Editing a live project?<\/strong> Your project may already be matched with funds, and changing it can change which funds it matches. Remember to republish when you’ve finished.<\/p>\n

My volunteering<\/h2>\n

Volunteering opportunities and events you’ve posted appear here. Click Create an opportunity<\/strong> to start hosting volunteers. How to create a volunteering opportunity<\/a><\/p>\n

Impact surveys<\/h2>\n

If you have impact surveys to complete, a banner appears at the top of your dashboard. Click Complete survey<\/strong> to fill it in.<\/p>\n

Help centre<\/h2>\n

The Help Centre link on your dashboard brings you back here for guides, examples and tips.<\/p>\n
