To comply with Stripe\u2019s requirements, we need you to provide details of individuals who hold key roles within your organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The four roles you\u2019ll need to provide<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You\u2019ll be asked to enter the name of someone for each of the following roles:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Representative &#8211; <\/strong>This is the main person who will act on your organisation\u2019s behalf. You can only list one Representative.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Owner &#8211; <\/strong>If your organisation has an ownership structure (e.g. a social enterprise), this would be someone who owns all or part of it. If you\u2019re a charity or another type of non-profit (e.g. company limited by guarantee), you can list your CEO, Founder, or another appropriate lead.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Director &#8211; <\/strong>This is someone listed as a director with Companies House or the Charity Commission, or a member of your governing body (like a trustee) who helps steer your organisation strategically.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Executive &#8211; <\/strong>This is someone responsible for the day-to-day running of your group, such as a CEO, Managing Director, or senior team member involved in delivery.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Flexible for community groups<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We understand that many grassroots organisations won\u2019t use these exact titles. That\u2019s absolutely fine \u2014 you\u2019re welcome to list the same person for more than one (or even all) of the roles if appropriate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019re unsure who to list, just include the person who leads your organisation or is authorised to act on its behalf (e.g. signing documents or managing finances).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A one-time process<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We know this may feel like an extra step, but it\u2019s a one-time requirement.
