This is how you receive structured evidence of what your funding achieved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You don&#8217;t need to do anything to trigger this &#8211; it happens automatically once a project is marked complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What the survey covers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The survey is designed to capture both the hard numbers and the human story behind each project. Here&#8217;s what funded organisations are asked to report on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Project outcomes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Whether they achieved their project goal (exactly as planned, exceeded it, or fell short \u2014 with an explanation if not)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An updated estimate of how many people were directly benefitted<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The types of social and environmental beneficiaries reached (from ActionFunder&#8217;s standard lists)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The tangible outputs created (e.g. &#8220;18 trees planted&#8221;, &#8220;24 training sessions delivered&#8221;)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A description of the impact those outputs made<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Community and fund perception<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Funded organisations rate their level of agreement (1\u20135) with statements about the fund, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Whether your support positively impacted their organisation and wider community<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Whether it increased beneficiary engagement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Whether it raised awareness of their project locally<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Whether it increased their awareness of what you are doing in the community<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Volunteering<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>How many volunteers supported the project<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Whether they received any volunteer support from you as a funder, and if so, how many volunteers and roughly how many hours<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qualitative feedback<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A quote from the project owner or a beneficiary<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What was good about being involved with your fund<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What could be improved<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A star rating (1\u20135) of you as a funder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ActionFunder platform feedback<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Funded organisations also rate their experience of the ActionFunder platform itself across four areas: applying, receiving funds, providing progress updates, and completing the impact survey. They&#8217;re also asked how likely they are to recommend ActionFunder (0\u201310) and how they found out about your fund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Viewing impact survey results<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once a funded organisation submits their survey, the data becomes available in your your impact dashboard.
