1. Fund overview<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
At the top of the dashboard, four summary cards give you an at-a-glance view of your fund’s key details:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- Fund application window<\/strong> – the dates your fund is open for applications<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Fund selection deadline<\/strong> – your target date for making funding decisions<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Funding shortlisted<\/strong> – the total value of applications you’ve moved to shortlist, against your total pot<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Funding allocated<\/strong> – the total value of funding you’ve offered out, against your total pot<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
These figures update in real time as you progress applications through the pipeline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. Following the funding lifecycle<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Applications move through a series of stages, visible as tabs across the dashboard:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Matches \u2192 Shortlist \u2192 Offers \u2192 Due diligence \u2192 Awaiting payment \u2192 Funded \u2192 Complete<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
Each tab shows the number of applications currently at that stage. Click any tab to focus your view on those projects only. This makes it easy to see what needs attention at each point in the process and track overall progress across your fund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3. Reviewing applications<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Each row in the application list shows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- A project image<\/strong> and name<\/strong>, along with the applying organisation<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Amount<\/strong> requested<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Number of beneficiaries<\/strong> the project will reach<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Delivery timeframe<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Whether there is a volunteering<\/strong> opportunity attached.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Click on a project name to open the full application and read it in detail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4. Sorting<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Sort<\/strong> – order your applications by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- Project amount requested<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Number of beneficiaries<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Delivery timeframe<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
5. Searching applications<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Use the search bar<\/strong> to find applications quickly by project name or non-profit name – no need to scroll through a long list. This is especially useful when you’re working through a large match list and need to jump straight to a specific project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
6. Adding notes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Each application has an Add note<\/strong> option directly in the list. Use notes to record your thinking, flag questions, or capture feedback from panel discussions. Notes are private to your team and stay attached to the application as it moves through the pipeline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
7. Tags<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Create and apply customisable tags<\/strong> to keep your applications organised. Tags are flexible – use them to group projects by theme, location, priority, or anything that works for your review process. You can filter by tag to quickly surface a specific group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
8. Advanced filtering<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Tick Show advanced filtering<\/strong> options to reveal three additional ways to narrow your view:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- Filter by tag<\/strong> – show only applications with a specific tag applied (e.g. a theme, geography, or priority marker). Click the settings icon to manage your tags.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Filter by history<\/strong> – filter by whether an application is a New Project or a Previously Rejected one. This is particularly useful if your fund attracts returning applicants and you want to treat them differently during review.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Filter by notes<\/strong> – tick Has notes to show only applications where a team member has added a note. Handy for picking up where you left off after a panel discussion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
9. Bulk actions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Select multiple applications using the checkboxes on the left, then apply an action to all of them at once:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- Decline<\/strong> – decline multiple applications in one go<\/li>\n\n\n\n
