Troubleshooting technical issues

If you encounter any technical issues while using the ActionFunder platform, here are some steps to help you resolve common problems quickly:

1. Check your internet connection

Ensure you have a stable internet connection. Try refreshing the page or restarting your browser.

2. Clear your browser cache and cookies

Sometimes cached data can cause loading or display problems. Clearing your cache and cookies can help fix this.

3. Use a supported browser

ActionFunder works best on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge. If you experience issues, try switching to a different browser.

4. Disable browser extensions

Certain browser extensions or plugins can interfere with the platform. Temporarily disable extensions and check if the issue persists.

5. Log out and log back in

Signing out and back in can refresh your session and resolve some glitches.

6. Try accessing the platform from a different device

If possible, try using another computer, tablet, or phone to see if the issue is device-specific.

7. Contact Support
