Due to security reasons we are unable to set up generic logins. All logins need to be attached to an individual’s email address. Below are the different permission levels
1. Admin
- Permissions
- Can do everything has no restrictions
- Notifications
- They get all organisation level emails
2. Manager
- Permissions
- Can create new funds
- Can edit funds they have created or been assigned to as an editor
- Can manage fund shortlists on funds they have created or been assigned to as an editor
- Can manage/edit the funders organisation profile
- Notifications
- Fund specific notifications for funds they created or have been assigned to
3. Member
- Permissions
- View funds they have been assigned to as a viewer (this includes viewing shortlists etc), they cannot make any changes or interact with the fund/shortlist etc
- View impact dashboard
- Notifications
- Nothing other than their own account management (set/reset password)
