Once you’ve decided which community projects you’d like to fund, it’s time to send out your funding invites via ActionFunder. Here’s how to confirm your decisions and move things forward:
Step-by-step guide
- Log in to your ActionFunder account
- From your dashboard, navigate to your Fund Management page
- Go to your Shortlist (if you haven’t already shortlisted projects, then do so from your Match list by clicking ‘Move to shortlist’)
- Click ‘Offer funding’ for each project you’d like to support
- Be sure to ‘Reject’ all unsuccessful projects in your match list
What happens next?
- All selected non-profits will receive an automated email with the good news and a link to ActionFunder to accept (or decline) the funding offer.
- Once a non-profit accepts the offer, ActionFunder will complete our due diligence checks.
- If everything is in order, the funding will be processed and paid to the organisation.
- Unsuccessful applicants will also be notified. Their project will remain live on the platform and available for funding from other funders.
