How to confirm funding decisions

Once you’ve decided which community projects you’d like to fund, it’s time to send out your funding invites via ActionFunder. Here’s how to confirm your decisions and move things forward:

Step-by-step guide

  1. Log in to your ActionFunder account
  2. From your dashboard, navigate to your Fund Management page
  3. Go to your Shortlist (if you haven’t already shortlisted projects, then do so from your Match list by clicking ‘Move to shortlist’)
  4. Click ‘Offer funding’ for each project you’d like to support
  5. Be sure to ‘Reject’ all unsuccessful projects in your match list

What happens next?

  • All selected non-profits will receive an automated email with the good news and a link to ActionFunder to accept (or decline) the funding offer.
  • Once a non-profit accepts the offer, ActionFunder will complete our due diligence checks.
  • If everything is in order, the funding will be processed and paid to the organisation.
  • Unsuccessful applicants will also be notified. Their project will remain live on the platform and available for funding from other funders.
